| Details: | SUMMARY: Booster station deadline extension request DETAILS: The LMWD Board asked for a deadline extension of 90 days so that the district can get bid estimates for construction of the booster station BEFORE the Board allocates moneys to the project. Budget allocations are done by the board every 90 days, making the next allocation in July, leaving ~3 1/2 months to award and execute the project. If the Board wishes to allocate money after seeing bid estimates and risk missing the deadline of 31 October 2013, that is their choice. The Board had substantial opportunity to obtain bid estimates long before now so the deadline will remain. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
