Details: SUMMARY: PNC resolution DETAILS: System has ongoing coliform issues for years. 5/15/13 they had a positive repeats as well. Source sample also came back positive. System turned in plans to install a chlorinator back in 2009 but never ended up installing one. They tried to shock the well several times but had 5 routines came back positive in June. I met with Michael in August and he said they were planning on going ahead and installing the chlorinator. We discussed his system score. 12/27/12 Jim Nash informed me they did get the chlorinator installed. He said they were getting 0.2-0.3 readings. 12/27/12 sample came back non detect. I reminded the system to record the chlorine residual on the lab slip and the minimum residual is 0.2 All violations but on, public notice, have been returned to compliance ACTION NEEDED: none
