Details:	SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Follow up for significant deficiency noted during 7/3/12 survey. The wire port opening in the well casing was not sealed and exposed. Spoke with Dennis 3/11/13 and he explained that he packed the opening with steel wool shortly after the survey as discussed. We also discussed ongoing chlorination to reduce bio film and bi weekly residual monitoring. Residuals in the house/apts has been showing up 0ppm lately? This could be due to the fact that only one of the units is occupied at this time as a mold issue has been identified and management is no longer renting these unites out. The lessened use of water may be affecting the rate that the chlorine is being used up by the bio films. ACTION NEEDED: Continued chlorination and regular monitoring of residual. Keep me posted as to occupancy of apts and possible abandonment.
