Details:	SUMMARY: investigation of PNC DETAILS: System has a score of 11. The system lacked DBP sampling for a number of years. During the survey back in 2010 I had discussed the DBP sampling. I called the system & left a message for the system operator. I let him know to take source samples at the well head for both wells. I also asked to be sure radiologicals were taken. They will need at least 2 quarters of Rads. in order to set a permanent schedule. The system has sampled for DBPs so this can resolve enough points to remove the system from the PNC list. I will follow up with the operator during the upcoming survey. I will send a request to DMCE to RTC the DBP violations. This will at resolve the systems PNC status. I will continue to work with the system to resolve the remaining violations. The system is also due for a survey. I will schedule this soon. ACTION NEEDED: Email DMCE to RTC the DBP violations. Work with the system to resolve remaining violations.
