Details: SUMMARY: Inventory of a new system DETAILS: Met with Tyler Surgeon to inventory the water system that serves the facility just east of Woodburn. The system serves a facility that is a greenhouse and horticultural sciences facility. The system consists of a single cased well and single pressure tank. There is no treatment or disinfection of the system. I will send completed water system inventory source info and entry structure diagram forms to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain water system number an sample results.
