Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,585 people. There are approximately 1,325 connections within the system. Water is treated from the Siletz River and Mill Creek.After the clearwell there are multiple water mains that leave the WTP. A tracer testing methodology must be developed which allows for the measurement of flows leaving the plant.Linda Hughes with the City contacted HBH to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study.Performed tracer test data collection. ACTION NEEDED: Complete tracer test.
