Details: SUMMARY: Alert VOC DETAILS: Left a voicemail on 4/2/13 for Paul on his cell phone about the VOC detection. Detection includes cis-1,2-dichloroethylene and trans-1.2-dichloroethylene. Conversation with Brian Hawkins (ODA) and Gregg Baird. System needs to sample for VOC annually as long as we get detections that are below the MCl. Sample needs to be submitted in the first quarter of each year. 4/9/13 Talked with Paul and he ahs submitted the VOC sample Paul states he will continue annual testing for VOC. Review of the drinking water website e for this system shows the sample results were received and data online updated. ACTION NEEDED: Annual testing in first quarter of each year for VOCs
