Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to James about the recent positive test results. We discussed that the two positive samples are considered an MCL violation. I provided James with a template for an unresolved public notice. We discussed his sampling methods. Some samples are being obtained from outside hose bibs. We discussed the need to disinfect those sites by flaming, chlorine or alcohol. James was not aware of these procedures. This system has a very good history of having not positive routine samples. We discussed the need to take five temporary routines samples in June. The system is scheduled to be shock chlorinated for a second time. The system was shock chlorinated after the triggers source samples returned positive. The repeat distribution samples returned negative. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice to be submitted.
