Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Second quarter routine sample collected 4/30/13 positive for coliform. Ashley (owners daughter) stated the UV treatment system failed. The system is in process of repairing the UV equipment. Delta environmental is assisting the store in collecting the required repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples in distribution plus one at source. Collect 5 routine samples by the end of May 2013
