Details:	SUMMARY: Public Notice per Administrative Order DETAILS: Called operator to discuss updating of public notice and re-distributing to users on system as required by Administrative Order. Updates will included language about questionable spring box construction and progress regarding compliance with administrative order. Operator said construction plans have been sent to DWP and they will be securing financing on 02/19 to begin improvements to water system. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up to ensure public notice is posted/distributed to users on system.
