Details:	SUMMARY: Late GW Compliance Report December 2012 RTC DETAILS: Talked to water system operator about violation on SDWIS for late GW Compliance Monitoring Report for month of December 2012. Reports for January 2013 and February 2013 were submitted on time and told operator I would contact DMCE to RTC this violation. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up in one week to ensure Violation is RTC on SDWIS.
