Details: SUMMARY: A routine distribution sample collected on 6-26-13 tested positive for Total Coliform. DETAILS: 7-1-13 --- Ron Berquist called on 6-28-13 and informed me the 6-26-13 routine distribution sample tested TC+ and that one UV bulb was not working. We discussed the follow up protocol: a common header "triggered source sample" to be collected upstream of the storage tank and after all nine springs combine flow, four repeat distribution samples (the preceding within 24 hours), and five temp routines from the distribution system during the calendar month of July. Ron mentioned they are considering some changes to the treatment system: I advised him to call Scott Curry prior to doing so and gave him Scott Currys contact info. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
