Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 6/12/13 DETAILS: I called Lori to let her know that one of the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. I asked her if she still has the template for total coliform MCL. She said she did. I asked her to complete the template and post the notice. I also asked her to send a copy to the state and this office. She said she would disinfect the system I let her know to take 5 temporary routines sample in July. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice and monitor as necessary
