Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: 8/1/13 discussed since the result of 10.0 is not above the MCL they do not need to do a confirmatory sample but need to stay on quarterly monitoring for an additional year. Also they do not need to post the public notice of elevated nitrate unless it exceeds to 10.5 If it does exceed to 10.5 then they must post a public notice at each source where employees or the public may consume the water. I can provide example public notice for their use. I asked what action the company took when they received the 10.4 result for the 2/28/13 sample. Moore stated he was going to call fishers Pump and Supply to come and make sure the system is working properly ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly nitrate testing for another year.
