Details:	SUMMARY: Review old survey deficits DETAILS: Discussed following deficits past due to correct with Les Gillespie (operator) and Glenn Doetsch (property manager): 1. Radiological sampling (due quarterly for a year)--2. Twice each week, Les’ records should show that chlorine level is documented at a couple other sites aside from first user. So for these extra measurements make a record of the site, the chlorine strength and when the measurements are made. Otherwise, keep measuring the chlorine level every day.3. Provide means to secure or lock the lids of the 2 big tanks.4. Complete the Annual Summary Report for Cross Connection-Backflow - last done for 20095. Meet the requirements for the Consumer Confidence Report - last done for 2008.Same info sent in email to Glenn on 8/29/13. ACTION NEEDED: Complete 1-5 above ASAP.
