| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine E. coli positve DETAILS: Spoke with Nathan about routine coliform sample collected on Sept. 29th being E. coli positive at 66033 Cascade Avenue. He has collected the four repeats and triggered source samples at Vargo (SRC-BA) and Young (SRC-BB) wells that were in use at the time of the positive sample. He will notify Jeff Freund at health department or myself of sampling results tomorrow. Nathan said that the sample location was incorrectly noted as 66033 Cascade Ave on the original laboratory report. He has asked the laboratory to amend the report with the correct address of 66633 Cascade Ave and resend to the state. I called and left a message with county health department of conversation with water system. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results and determine if further action is needed. |
