Details:	SUMMARY: continuing TC problems, no response to calls, PNC DETAILS: Per states suggestion spoke to state watermaster regarding fixes to artesian flow at well. He agreed to a joint site visit. Called Tammi to discuss this and let her know a visit was pending. Reiterated need to get 12 source samples in over coming year, but first to get the sample tap at the well working. Will postpone drafting of enforcement letter until after the WRD weighs in, site visit set for next week. ACTION NEEDED: fixes for excess flow-- fix for new sample tap, commence monthly sampling , send enforcement letter
