Details:	SUMMARY: Cross Connection Assistance DETAILS: Smith Rock MHP has a groundwater community water system which supplies water to a population of 60 persons. The water system is a mobile home park with technically a single connection. The Circuit Rider was contacted by the Jeff Freund with Deschutes County regarding assisting the water system (in conjunction with Four Seasons MHP) with completion of required CWS paperwork. Met with Gary Triplett to assist with Cross Connection Control Annual Summary Report. Assisted in the preparation of the ASR & delivered to Deschutes County. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
