Details:	SUMMARY: alert-tetrachloroethylene DETAILS: Contacted Kyle regarding recent detection of tetrachloroethylene from EP-A (wells #4, #9, #12) collected 9/13/13. Tetrachloroethylene has been detected several times from this EP, system was previouslyu on quarterly schedule and then the schedule was changed to annual since the results have been reliably and consistently below the MCL. No further action required at this time. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample annual for Tetrachloroethylene and Vinyle Chloride
