Details:	SUMMARY: Tim Otis DETAILS: I spoke with Tim about the arsenic samples. They took 3 in August. He explained that two were intended as special samples and the 3rd (taken at the EP) was the routine. The sample that triggered the alert was taken after greensand filtration but prior the reverse osmosis treatment. Tim also sent me a detailed email to clarify the recent monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: I contacted OHA DWS to get samples labeled properly and remove ALERT.
