Details:	SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/15/13 DETAILS: I called for Steve at Always Pure to inquire if they were assisting the water system. One of Steves employees indicated that they were out there the day before. Jim is in poor health. I asked them to be sure 4 repeat samples were taken as well as a triggered source sample at the well. He said they would. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
