Details:	SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBP sample schedule DETAILS: With 2013 system survey it came to light that the system was sent a letter instructing them to do Stage 2 DBP schedule starting September 2013.Stage 2 does not start until October 1 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Contact with Evan Hofeld regarding Stage 2 sampling schedule.Evan worked with Gregg Baird on both Wauna and Westport Water Association. it was determined that both systems need to complete a compliance monitoring plan. Per Evans email he went ahead and completed it for them and sent both systems a letter regarding correct sample schedule. See letter dated 10/29/2013 to system operator.No further follow up necessary.
