Details:	SUMMARY: ALERT: CHEM6072--- The 2013 annual nitrate sample collected on 11-18-13 was over one half of the MCL at 5.64 ppm. DETAILS: This system has already (in 2006-7) been on quarterly nitrate sampling for exceeding one half the nitrate MCL: those four and all subsequent samples have reliably and consistently demonstrated to be below the MCL. Scott Curry and I agree that no action is necessary. ACTION NEEDED: No action is necessary on this alert.
