| Details: | SUMMARY: Di(2-ethylhexyl)- Phthalate detect of .0015 for sample date 7/30/13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the SOC detection from sample date 7/30/13. I let him know that a confirmation sample would be needed. The results of the follow up sample would determine the follow up needed. I let him know that they would be on quarterly sampling after the confirmation because the initial was high enough that even if ND the average would be above the detect limit. He said he would take a follow sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. Send in a chemical monitoring change form. | ||
