Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up Source water protection consultation DETAILS: the significant deficiency cited on Oct. 23, 13 has been satisfactorily corrected. See attached picture in file. Also, we, me, Mike Matthews and Russ kazmierczak visited the source to evaluate it for potential source water protection and to evaluate the risk of groundwater under surface water contamination.
