Details:	SUMMARY: Site Visit to Saginaw Park to Verify Installation Progress for Arsenic Treatment DETAILS: Myself and Todd Roberts (new inspector with LC) met with Mike Brown, they were currently working on the system. Two other workers were there with Mike working on the inside walls of the pump house and a guy from Dave’s Pump Inc. was there working on the water lines. A fir tree fell on the pump house during the last ice storm we had in February. This did some damage to the pump house. They have replaced the roof joists and have plywood and tar paper on the roof currently and some of the inside studs and outside plywood to the pump house has been replaced. I verified this by looking at the fallen tree outside and the new plywood that was on the ceiling and two of the walls. All the blackberries and other shrubs have been cleared away from the building. They are waiting to finish roofing the building until they get the two vessels installed and get them filled so they can accommodate filling them by installing a hatch on the roof.The water was currently shut off and all the old water lines in the building had been cut out. Dave’s Pump was there putting new lines in today following the engineered plans they have. They will reconnect water supply later today and have all the appropriate connections ready for the treatment installation. Due to the size of the treatment vessels they are now going to be located on the west side of the building instead of the east side. They are currently working on the electrical and insulation today in the walls then they hope to have plywood on the interior walls by the end of tomorrow.It appears to me that they are working on getting the treatment installed. I did not get a completion date from Mike but we have good communication and I will be checking in with him on his progress. ACTION NEEDED: Continue checking on installation progress.
