Details: SUMMARY: significant deficiencies corrected from 2013 survey DETAILS: The system had 5 significant deficiencies identified during the 5/20/13 survey. The deficiencies were: chlorine residual not recorded, screened vent on storage tank not inspected, ASR report not done, ERP not submitted, and CCR not done. All deficiencies have now been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none
