Details:	SUMMARY: Boil water notice issued for Portland Water Bureau and some purchasers DETAILS: A boil water notice was issued on Friday 5/23/14 for Portland Water Bureau and some purchasers, including Tualatin Valley Water District - Metzger service area (See Portland Water Bureau 4100657 contact reports for details). Portland is managing a coordinated sampling effort on Friday with itself and the affected purchasers-- as a part of this effort, TVWD will collect a total of 3 samples from the Metzger service area (note: main part of TVWD service area is not affected). ACTION NEEDED: Results from the coordinated sampling effort will be available Saturday 5/24/14-- results will be evaluated and DWS will determine if the boil notice can be lifted. UPDATE: all sample results absent for coliform/E.coli-- boil notice lifted as of 11 am Saturday 5/24/14.
