Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Called Butch at 2:45pm. He had already taken repeat samples on the afternoon of the 30th including 2 triggered source samples from both wells. Both wells absent but sample from system and from cistern present. He thinks problem is in the reservoir and will look into it and chlorinate. This same scenario happened in may. Discussed distributing public notice. Can use similar public notice as in May with updated dates and what was done. ACTION NEEDED: Find, fix and take follow-up samples to ensure absent for coliforms. OK that follow up samples are within 5 temporary routines for July. Get me copy of public notice and when distributed.
