Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: Routine quarterly sample positive for total coliform. Repeat samples tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Herdeep, owner, via phone and he has hired a contractor to investigate the system and take corrective action. Mr. Sree could not remember the name of the contractor. He will post a tier 2 public notice until water is confirmed absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Post tier 2 public notice take corrective action verify clean water
