Details: SUMMARY: Positive total coliform DETAILS: I left a voice mail 6/30/14 for Mr. Richardson requesting a call back. I left instructions on the voice mail for them to take four repeat samples to include one from the source as soon as possible (within 24 hours of notice from the lab of the positive result) and 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: four repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples next month
