| Details: | SUMMARY: Facility had a positive coliform on repeat sample DETAILS: Spoke with Julie regarding the positive coliform the facility has recently been getting. She stated that they had just done some work on the pump and never chlorinated following the work. I sent her some info on how to properly sanitize the well. Amy Word also submitted a request for change in SDWIS to make all sample into SRC samples instead of repeats. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
