| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform positive for sample date 8-12-14 DETAILS: David contacted this office to let me know about the 2 total coliform positives. I let him know to take a source sample at each of the active wells. There is no need to take repeat samples since they have 2 positives & are an MCL He said he would update the public notice. He said he would try to track down the source of coliform. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples for September. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice & follow up as needed | ||
