| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to FC+ raw source sample DETAILS: System collected 2 samples on 9/30/14 - one source and one post UV treatment. **This report will be amended if necessary based on the treated sample result. The treated result is still being tested at the lab. We are assuming the result will be absent for bacteria.** The source sample has already been confirmed E. coli. The system replaced the UV bulbs last month. The system will collect the confirmation source samples. Based on their results, it will decide on where this will go. It was mentioned the tap used for the raw sample took some time for the water to come out. It was, however, flushed and sanitized well according to the sample collector. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 raw source/confirmation samples today, 10/1/14. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
