Details:	SUMMARY: Routine sample collected 9-15-14 tested TC+ DETAILS: 9-18-14 --- Routine sample collected 9-15-14 tested TC+. Contacted Rob and told him he needed to take 4 RP samples within 24 hours one being from the same tap the positive RT came from (Chad Petersen).9-22-14 --- Spoke with Summer Underwood: she informed me the storage tank has been disinfected and emptied and a new water delivery was made. I informed her that repeat samples were to have been collected prior to disinfection. She said that repeat samples would be collected tomorrow and that five temp routines would be collected in October. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
