Details:	SUMMARY: Quarterly PCE sample results DETAILS: I had e-mail correspondence with Liza regarding the latest sample results. She stated she was aware of the current detection. The result was .00194 ppm. The system is getting very close to having the new storage tanks installed. They received revolving loan funds for systems upgrades. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor quarterly test results and system upgrade progress.
