Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow-up DETAILS: Received a call from Theresa ( Umpqua lab) asking me to contact the operator and discuss the recently received DBP samples. I spoke to the operator and discussed where the samples were pulled. It seems that the operator had been taking the samples post reservoir and not in the distribution. I reviewed the State drinking water web site information on where to pull both the TTHM and the HAA5 samples. Due the timing of the sample requirement (September) the system will not be able to re-submit samples taken from proper locations in the distribution system and they will receive a Violation. As for the Lead and Copper sample, only 4 were submitted out of the 5 necessary. Those samples are to be taken June - Sept. so the system will receive a Violation for non- reporting. To return to compliance the system will have to take samples in 2016 during the proper time frame. ACTION NEEDED: I spoke to the operator on two separate occasions and sent him links to the information on site selection on the DBPs and we discussed the requirements for the lead and copper monitoring requirements.
