Details:	SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 7/15/14 DETAILS: I contacted the new operator to let him know about the total coliform positive. He indicated that the chlorinator had run out of chlorine in the transition of him becoming the operator. The system has a redwood tank & chlorinates for this reason. The operator said that the chlorinator was up & running. I let him that a source sample & 3 repeats would still be needed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
