Details:	SUMMARY: 2/5 temp routine coliform positives for sample date 10/6/14 DETAILS: The operator contacted this office. I let him know to take a source sample but he had no need to take any repeats since they had two positive coliform samples. They would need to update the public notice. He indicated that he would update the notice & adjust the chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: obtain copy of public notice. System is a PNC with a score over 11. Will work with operator to resolve violations.
