Details:	SUMMARY: Copper detect on sample date 9/15/14 DETAILS: The water system has changed entry location from Portland Water Bureau. This location is upstream from the previous location. This is due to the City of Sandy connecting to Portland Water Bureau as a purchaser. The operator has been working with Pete Farrelly, PE at DWS. The system may need to install treatment if lead is detected. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling & responds as necessary.
