| Details: | SUMMARY: COLIFORM, E.COLI DETAILS: 12-24-2014 Called the COASTAL MOUNTAIN STABLES at 9:15am left voice message explaining to Mr. Chastain that the Coastal Mountain Stables had a routine water sample test positive for E.COLI. I advised him that the facility needs to obtain four water samples within distribution (one at the same sample point, one upstream, one downstream, one anywhere) and one sample from each active source (in this case one source samples is required from the one well that supplys the water). 12-24-2014 At 10:15am I had received a call from Jeff Chastain. I repeated the information that I had left on the voice message, that the facility needs to obtain four water samples within distribution and one sample from each active source. Mr. Chastain is going to have analytical labs take the sample today. Jeff thought that the sample could have been contaminated due to the torrential downpour over the last week & days. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 distribution samples and one sample from each active source, within 24 hours. | ||
