| Details: | SUMMARY: Final significant deficiency addressed DETAILS: On 12/31/14, I received an email and attachments addressing the 8 significant deficiencies identified in the 2014 survey. Todd Honeywell verified that all the actions at the water system had been completed, the sampling is now up to date, and he attached the new coliform sampling plan, emergency response plan, and operations manual. I responded that the coliform sampling plan was not complete because it lacked the repeat sampling locations, and the map did not indicate those locations. He resent the completed plan to me on 1/6/15. I reviewed it and found it complete today. We also collaborated on some edits to the O and M manual and the ERP to tailor it better for this water system. ACTION NEEDED: All significant deficiencies have been addressed. Meanwhile, upgrades to the water system (new storage tank, etc) have gone through DWS plan review and been approved. Construction there will begin shortly, outside of the systems operating season. | ||
