Details: SUMMARY: COLI13641 coliform in e coli in 11/25/14 routine sample DETAILS: Glenn called and confirmed follow up sampling required 4 samples in distribution and 1 from well head.He also stated water had turned dramatically turbid since the rain had started 5-6 weeks ago. He had also looked at water coming from the sample tap at the wellhead and said as it was as dirty as elsewhere in the system believed the source to be the problem as opposed to a broken line. he was curious how to decide on using filters.After conferring with Springfield regarding risk of ntu advised Glenn to:call 971-673-0405 and initiate plan review for new wellDont purchase filters without doing plan review for filters firsttake source sample ASAP as well as repeat samples and 5 temporary routines samples due by end of December. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples from distribution1 source sample5 temporary routine samples in DecemberPlan review for new well [and maybe for filters]
