| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water notice for distribution line break and loss of pressure on two occassions DETAILS: Manfred reported on December 29th and January 16th that he had distribution line breaks which resulted in a loss of pressure. The first incident date was 12/25/14 and the second was 1/15/15. We discussed procedures dealing with issue at his survey earlier in the year. On the first incident I e-mailed Manfred the boil water notice template and the best management practices. He requested that I send a hard copy of the best management practices via regular mail also. A boil water notice was issued to residents for both incidents. A special distribution sample was taken after both repairs were complete. Both samples returned absent for coliform.
