Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 11/17/14 DETAILS: I contacted the operator of the system to let him know about the total coliform positive sample for Boring Middle. I let him know to take a source sample at the wellhead & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said he would have the samples taken right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary
