Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform in routine sample taken March 31, 2015 DETAILS: Landon called today. Routine sample was positive for total coliform. Source water assessment sample from the well head was positive for total coliform. Routine sample was taken in well house. Chlorinator was broken-- there was no chlorine in routine sample. However, the storage tanks are being hand chlorinated with a chlorine residual of about .1ppm chlorine.Landon will take 4 repeat samples and 1 well water assessment ASAP. If any samples are positive, he will do Public Notice and correct the problem. By the end of April he will take 5 temporary routine samples. emailed directions to Landon with a coliform sampling plan and how to disinfect a well.. ACTION NEEDED: none
