Details:	SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies corrected DETAILS: I met with Manfred on 4/7/15 in my office to go over his operations manual. The significant deficiencies for the survey conducted in October 2014 have been corrected. The coliform sampling plan has been completed, the operations manual has been assembled and reviewed. Manfred has a nice operations manual template he received from OAWU. The consumer confidence report for 2014 is due on or before July 1, 2015. Manfred is aware of his time line to get that the consumer confidence report submitted. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
