Details:	SUMMARY: Final significant deficiency corrected from last survey DETAILS: Erica notified me in writing (email) that the Operations and Maintenance Manual has been completed. Today was the extended deadline. This addresses the final significant deficiency from their last survey (Nov 2013). OAWU had been assisting her in developing the Manual. She also informed me she is now updating their ERP and sampling plans. ACTION NEEDED: Notify DMCE that this compliance deadline has been met.
