Details:	SUMMARY: 2nd quarter 2015 DBP violation DETAILS: 2nd quarter 2015 DBP sample was collected as required in March, however the results were not reported by the deadline (April 10th). Randy indicated that lab was asked to report results directly to the state but that did not occur. Results reported this date. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required at this time. Violation will return-to-compliance once next required samples (June 2015) are collected and reported on-time (by July 10th).
