Details:	SUMMARY: Surprise DBP violations due to SDWIS patch DETAILS: Pete called Mike Walker to notify him of the upcoming 20 violation points against City of Sandy due to a database patch. This actually brings into sharper focus a brewing issue with water purchased from Portland and how it modifies Sandys DBP sampling regime, affects Skyview and Sandys DBP levels, and related issues. (Conveniently, the booster pump where Sandy siphons off water from PWB is equipped with as of yet unplumbed chemical injection ports.) ACTION NEEDED: Mike will informally survey Sandys distribution with more DBP sampling. Mike will also explore more into whether partial de-chlorination is possible.
